High Protein Diet for Fat Loss and Muscle Gain
Well worth trying
Meal 1
6 Eggs (Boiled, poached, scrambled-only 2 yolks)
25g of porridge oats no sugar, sweetener or crushed pineapple can be used.
Or
1 Protein shake and a piece of fruit (citrus).
Mid morning
Tuna sandwich with sweetcorn on wholemeal bread, low fat butter can be used.
A piece of fruit or low fat yogurt.
Or
Protein shake.
Lunch
1 Chicken breast with medium sized baked potato or large salad.
Or
2 Whole boiled eggs and 4 boiled egg whites and a low fat yogurt.
Or
A tin of tuna with 2oz's wholemeal pasta (cooked weight).
Evening meal
Steak/chicken/turkey with boiled veg 2oz's of each.
Or
Large portion of white fish (approx 8oz's) with 2oz's boiled brown rice/pasta (cooked weight).
Or
6-8 scrambled eggs (2 yolks only) with medium baked potato.
Before bed
Protein shake
Or
6 egg whites cooked
