For fast-digesting protein (whey) to keep your muscles intact and blunt hunger; antioxidants and beta-caratene (pumpkin) to keep you healthy; a metabolism boost (cinnamon); and some flavour (pumpkin,cinnamon)to make eating low-carb during a cutting phase that much more bearable.

What you need:

1 cup (225ml) skimmed milk

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

80g tinned pumpkin

1tbs. cinnamon
