I launched the company to help everyday people achieve their training targets and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. I know how hard it is to lose weight. I was nearly 20 stone at one stage in my life, but as you can see by my picture I have slimmed down and toned up, which was no easy task. We want to help others who struggle with their weight so they can achieve their lifestyle and image goals. It can be done – I am living proof.
